I have been to this nursery several times. Every time I'm there everyone is on the move taking care of the plants and their customers. They work very hard to accomplish their goal of makinging sure everyone is given time and not rushed through the process of choosing their plants. They are given information on planting and care. And yes I know of their policies as far as standing by their product. How can anyone be expected to be responsible for another person's work. I don't understand people these days. I was there one day when a lady was returning her mums because they died. The weather was in the 90s ,the plants were still in pots and she only watered them once in 4 days and wanted replacements. Come on. So all I can say is they are really good people who work hard and care about their work and customers.
I went to get a load of mulch from Hipps, and the big, fat blond lady, Sandy, that runs the place, yelled at my son and I. I have never been treated so rude by an alleged business woman. I have always had great experiences with them in the past, but I will certainly never go there again. I will pay twice as much money for my mulch, rather than give a mean woman like that my business. What a horribly sad woman.
Awesome place! everyone there was super helpful. And found everything we needed. Will be going back. Highly recommend.
Jim Hipp always has the most amazing assortment of topiaries and unique specimens. I have never seen so many showpiece items in one nursery. The staff and atmosphere are always very friendly and helpful, and prices are beyond reasonable. This is the place to go if you want to add wow factor to your landscaping!
